Practice awareness, compassion and inner
peace. All of these things will bring you
true happiness. “Like a child standing in a
beautiful park with his eyes shut tight,
there’s no need to imagine trees, flowers,
deer, birds and sky; we merely need to open
our eyes and realize what is already here,
who we already are.” Bo Lozoff
Another part of wellness is trusting your
intuition. We all know what it means to feel
something “in your gut.” If you sense that
something is wrong or needs to be changed,
listen to your intuition and ask yourself
what needs to be done. Oftentimes, we have
the answers within us all we need to do is
listen!
