Bonnie currently serves as
the Total Health Coordinator for the Carlisle Family
YMCA where she developed the Wellness at Work programs
now serving business and industry in the Central
Pennsylvania Region.
In addition to
starting the Yoga for Health Program at the YMCA, she
also initiated and continues to run the WOWW event:
Women’s Outdoor Wellness Weekend at the YMCA Camp
Thompson and coordinates various wellness retreats as
well.
She developed the
Healthy Kids Zone which is a field trip program for
elementary school children to learn about exercise,
nutrition and stress management.
Bonnie also started
the Happy Trails Hiking Club to help inspire people to
exercise in the outdoors.

Bonnie co-founded the
Partners in Wellness Program to offer cancer patients
complementary therapy through yoga, massage and reiki.
This program is funded by the Carlisle Area Health and
Wellness Foundation and Stuart Huston Trust and
administered through the YWCA Carlisle.

The Butterfly Connection: A Holistic Support Group for
women diagnosed with Cancer as well as The Butterfly
Net: A support group for caregivers. |
